National Public Lands Day at Fort Dupont Park

<p>Join the Student Conservation Association for National Public Lands Day at Fort Dupont Park! Volunteers will spruce up the park by participating in invasive species or litter removal. All volunteers<strong> will receive a fee-free coupon</strong> (grants fee-free entry at any participating federal recreation or visitor site within one calendar year) thank you for your service and in honor of NPLD!</p> <p><strong>When: </strong>September 26, 9:30am-12pm</p> <p><strong>Where: </strong>Fort Dupont Park Activity Center: <a href="https://maps.app.goo.gl/1pPqAxS9wsrQptgc9" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">https://maps.app.goo.gl/1pPqAxS9wsrQptgc9</a></p> <p><strong>What to Bring: </strong>Wear closed-toe shoes, long-sleeves and pants, and bring water.</p> <p><strong>Notes</strong></p> <ul> <li>Plenty of parking is available by the Activity Center.</li> <li>Tools and PPE will be provided.</li> <li>If you are under 18 or bringing someone who is, please reach out to site contact ahead of time and let them know.
