<p>Come experience Christmas as it was celebrated at Fort Larned long ago. With new, revitalized programs, demonstrations, and activities, this is sure to be a fun event for the whole family!</p> <p> </p> <p>Program schedule:</p> <p>11:00AM – Celebrating with Black Powder: How cannons were used in celebrations and commemorations throughout history. Includes a firing demonstration.</p> <p>11:30AM – Trim the Tree: Help decorate the Visitor Center Christmas tree</p> <p>12:00PM – A Christmas Glow: Lighting the Visitor Center Christmas tree</p> <p>12:30PM – TBD</p> <p>1:00PM – Soldiers, Start Your Hopping! A sack race tournament behind the barracks</p> <p>1:30PM – Look High and Low: Fort Larned scavenger hunt</p> <p>2:00PM – Celebrating with Black Powder: How cannons were used in celebrations and commemorations throughout history.
