New Salem Community Talk
<p>Prior to the Battle of Kennesaw Mountain, the area had several small thriving communities. During this presentation, the ranger will discuss the Hardage Family and others who lived in the shadow of the mountain. This program will be held in the field at the foot of Pigeon Hill.</p>

Infantry Demonstrations
<p>Life for the infantry soldier (Union or Confederate) was anything but easy. Long marches, bad food, and worse living conditions made it tough going for these young men. Join our living historians as they set up camp on the mountain and demonstrate a musket firing. </p>

Living History Weekend with the 33rd Alabama/4th Kentucky
<p>Join us and our special guests from the 79<sup>th</sup> PA Union and 31<sup>st</sup> AL Confederate regiments for a weekend of infantry and living history programs. These living historians will be faithfully portraying infantry tactics and camp life unique to both the U.S and Confederate armies of the Atlanta Campaign.</p>

Cheatham Hill Battlefield Tour
<p><strong> </strong>The Federal charge at the Dead Angle would be remembered as the deadliest point of fighting during the Battle of Kennesaw Mountain. This program takes you along the battle lines, where you will hear from primary sources describing the frenzied and desperate fight, and learn about the origins of the park.</p>
