Participants will find something different to draw at each pit stop, slowly creating one cohesive image that may end up a bit surreal! The hike will conclude in the Formal Gardens, where participants are invited to stay to finish their piece. Beginners and experienced artists of all ages are welcome!</p> <ul> <li> <p>Art supplies (colored pencils, paper, and clipboards) will be provided. </p> </li> <li> <p>Bring a snack and plenty of water.</p> </li> <li> <p>Wear comfortable layers and comfortable walking shoes.</p> </li> <li> <p>Program will include periods of hiking, interspersed with standing and seated activities. The Billings Farm & Museum is located off Route 12, half a mile north of the village of Woodstock. From Woodstock, cross the iron bridge and make a right onto Old River Road. The Billings Farm & Museum Visitor Center parking lot is immediately on the right. Free parking is available in two separate lots. The main parking lot is adjacent to the Billings Farm & Museum Visitor Center. An overflow parking lot is located directly across the street from the main parking lot. This area is convenient for recreational vehicles, larger vehicles and buses. Getting to the National Park: After parking, walk towards the Billings Farm & Museum and take the concrete path to the right of the Visitor Center.
